Technical Remote Viewing® and
Law Enforcement - Part II

By Jeff Lucas

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive at PSI TECH, from newcomers, is "How can I utilize TRV in my everyday life?" As TRV's origins are as an applied military intelligence collection tool, the potential uses are numerous. Since TRV was designed to solve for unknowns, we can successfully use it to find information on topics where conventional methods have failed.

PSI TECH has been called on often as a last resort, to provide information related to difficult criminal investigations and law enforcement problems. As professionals, we work cases such as these, when time permits. We are capacity constrained, we can only work so many of these projects and can not provide assistance for each of the many requests we receive.

PSI TECH's goal in developing our training courses was to provide this valuable skill to the public, so that they could solve their own problems, demonstrate the validity of the technology and prove to themselves that it really works via self demonstration. So when we hear that our students have had success in using TRV to improve their lives, or to assist their friends, family, or the public, it makes us all extremely proud of the work that we do.

In the February issue of The MATRIX, we revealed that one of our TRV trainees, Kevin, had used his Technical Remote Viewing skills to assist his local Chief of Police in a difficult criminal investigation. The original target (Cash register stolen from Liquor Locker in [name of city] in December 2001/Current location) was given to him by his wife, from a pool of targets that she created. But unbeknownst to Kevin, a family friend, the Chief of Police, had provided this target to his wife. The Chief continued his investigation and received information from a confidential informant which matched Kevin's TRV data. The session data provided clues which enabled the police to locate the house which lead to the retrieval of the stolen cash register.

The Chief of Police then wrote to PSI TECH:

"I was called to the office of the friend and he described the location of where the stolen item was at during the time of his TRVing. The area and location described was less than 300 yards from the site of the robbery. I began to concentrate on the location and area. To my amazement, the stolen item was at the announced location... I am convinced that TRVing really works. Getting this kind of information without any leads would normally take months or years. I am amazed about this entire ordeal. I am a witness to it. I have first-hand knowledge. The provided information was quick, accurate, and extremely reliable in my case."

Several weeks ago Kevin wrote to us and described how he was working with the Chief to solve another case:

"Dear PSI TECH,

The local Chief of Police gave my wife a target, "The action of Joe Smith and Jack Coffee when Jack drowned", this was unbeknownst to me and it was placed in my blind pool.

When I did this target, there was an abundance of data that made it was clear Joe had killed Jack on purpose. Among the data was the idea of 'wrapping up loose ends'.

Subsequently 2 more targets were placed in my blind pool to determine the cause/motivation of Joe killing Jack.

Upon completion of the target "Jack Coffee/death event/motive" I did a quick analysis ---

"Girl/drugs/alcohol something went wrong or almost wrong."

A few days later I did a complete summary. I did not understand it, nor even really think that I was on target. I was of the mind that I had bombed. (The day I did the session I was VERY distracted.)

Some of the data was as follows:

Life forms Young, scary, fun, laissez-faire, seeking more, funtime, last time?, pleasure quest, danger, transcends normal state, shelter cover, but open to outside, M/F couple, sex, drugs

I showed the entire session to the Chief and his eyes lit up. He seemed to know exactly who I was talking about. He took a few notes and said he was going to go interview a girl, Rita.

He returned a couple hours later with notes from his interview with Rita. He was very animated. He said "TRV has solved another case!" He kept going on about how long it takes to investigate a case through traditional means and how this is just "wild" how fast you can get right on target and solve cases with TRV.

The high points of his interview with the girl are as follows:

  • Joe was making passes at Jack's girlfriend, Rita.

  • Joe offered to pay her money to sleep with her.

  • She eventually said yes.

  • They went to a house, but it was boarded up, so they ended up under a carport.

  • They were drinking, but she changed her mind and did not want to go through with it.

  • He did, and "took it from her" she does not know if it was rape, but she wanted to stop and he did not stop Later she told Jack.

  • He was furious and told Joe he was going to tell Joe's wife.

  • Joe and Rita talked him out of it.

  • Some months passed and Joe told Rita that he knew that one day Jack would tell his wife because Jack was still very angry about it.

  • (a few days later Joe and Jack went fishing, Jack drowned, and only Joe lived to tell about it)
  • Rita was very surprised that Jack had told the Chief (of course he had not)

Along with other physical evidence and statements, spurred by the TRV sessions, there is no doubt in the Chief's mind that Joe killed Jack and why.

Joe is currently under psychiatric care and the Chief is meeting with the DA to determine the best way to proceed with charges.

(He is confident that when he presents all the evidence to Joe that he will crack and confess. He just does not want it messed up by the "mental health professionals.")

    Names have been changed."

Kevin worked these two cases using the skills learned in PSI TECH's Basic Training Course. He just received his Technical Remote Viewing Advanced Training System last week. Based upon his present level of success, we have no doubt that Kevin will put PSI TECH's advanced Technical Remote Viewing tools to good use. Thank you for sharing your data with us, Kevin, and keep up the good work!
