After ushering the training technology out of the confines of
military intelligence in 1989, PSI TECH perfected the techniques and offered the first remote viewing
training courses to the public, later pioneering the first video-based
learning program in 1996. PSI TECH's distance learning programs

When you learn TRV, you are installing a specific set of instructions or protocols
